RMH Digital Cameras does NOT charge sales tax on orders outside of MICHIGAN. If you are ordering with in the state of MICHIGAN, you will be charge and additional 6% for sales tax.
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufactures. No other warranty either expressed or applied is offered by RMH Enterprise LLC. RMH Digital Cameras.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective with in 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced at the discretion of RMH Digital Cameras.com at no charge. ALL items WILL BE inspected by our shipper to determine if misuse, or neglect, or if it is a warranty issue, before replacement or refund will occur.
In the rare instance that an item is back ordered, it will be shipped ASAP as it is received in our ware house.
